35 government schools throughout Sharjah state, equipped with HVAC and Lighting Control Systems as a base to a bigger centralized Energy Management System.

A web based controllers, used to control the HVAC system with different operating modes around the clock, matching the standard operating hours of those schools, with an option to override this schedule at different events/occasions.

All schools will be connected to a centralized monitoring center in later stage.

Reem Island – Abu Dhabi, BMS, BTU Metering System, Energy Monitoring System:

A 30 story residential building having a building management system to control HVAC, domestic water, car park CO system and other mechanical equipment in addition to monitoring LV system and fire alarm/protection system.

The BTU metering system is sharing the BMS main system database, offering seamless integration and data exchange which allowed getting real time thermal energy consumption/ chilled water need and control.
Client was able to generate monthly bills for occupied apartments and to reduce public area consumption, which resulted in better savings and earnings.

Adding the lighting control system to the BMS, through KNX/IP gateway resulted in taking this project to an upper level (I-BMS) and allowing to more energy savings and unified operating system and reporting tool to facility management team.

Connecting all electricity meters of all SMDBs and main MCC panels helped creating energy monitoring system and completing the picture for facility management team.
Creating different energy KPIs, trends and calculations allowed the operator to see the result of each made action on controlled systems and modified settings/schedules.

Mussafah – Abu Dhabi, BMS, Lighting Control, Access Card System:

A unique project in terms of HVAC system and intensive multi-systems integration and interaction.

The lighting control system is using the active façade to direct the sunlight towards the ceiling causing natural sunlight effect and by controlling the lighting fixture circuits to maintain the desired light intensity.

BMS, Lighting control and Access card systems are exchanging rooms’ occupancy status, day/night settings and other operation modes via Lontalk protocol to achieve the most optimum energy consumption with the best comfort levels for occupants.
